我得說《Composure》是一張我十分喜愛的大碟，樂隊Waking Ashland於2005年發行的作品。
他們可歸類為鋼琴搖滾，主唱Jonathan Jones的琴聲十分煽情，由序曲Shade of Greys到最後Sing Me To Sleep，整張唱片流暢性很高。
他們在日本好像頗受歡迎，可惜的是他們在2007年就解散了，主唱另組一隊名為We shot the moon的樂隊，WSTM的流行度比Waking Ashland要大，歌曲也確實更面對大眾，但獨立樂隊的味道已褪色。
